7 ways to grow your beard faster and maintain it

While nature plays a huge role in just how fast and thick your beard will be, there are some simple steps you can apply into your day to help along the growing process.
Don’t get discouraged if your beard is not growing as quickly as you like, just follow some of these five simple steps on how to grow a beard faster.
•Step No #1: Taking Care of Your Body 
The reason why it is so important to take care of the body is because your facial hair condition is in direct relation to the health of the body. 
Start by eating more foods that are rich in proteins like beans, eggs, and fish. 
Wash your skin with warm water using a mild cleanser twice a day. Clean skin accelerates hair growth.
•Step No #2: You should supplement your diet with the appropriate minerals and vitamins. 
Start to incorporate more vegetables and fruits in your diet, they are rich in the minerals and vitamins that the hair needs in order to grow more rapidly. 
Without the appropriate nutrients in your body, you begin to slow down the production of the hair. 
Look into increasing your daily intake of Vitamins A, B, C and E in your diet as they speed up the hair growth process.
•Step No #3: Leave the beard alone. The popular logic that shaving every day makes beards grow faster is a myth. There is no scientific research to prove it. 
During the first month of trying to grow your beard, you are going to find it looks like a wild forest growing on your face. This is when you are going to want to trim it up and start shaping it to look cleaner.
As difficult as it will be during these first few weeks, you have to resist the urge to do any grooming whatsoever of the hair. 
Don’t trim, don’t shape, and don’t cut any of the hairs in the beard. As difficult as this might be to understand, the beard is going to grow faster if you can simply leave it alone. 
Once you reach the 4 – 6 week mark, then you can begin to shape and clean up the region as much as you like.
•Step No #4: Committing to the Process. 
One of the reasons many men struggle to grow a beard quickly is they often give up just at the point where progress is being made.
When you are trying to grow that beard quickly, there is going to come a period where the skin will become itchy to the point you are scratching your beard day and night.
This discomfort is usually where those who are not serious about growing a beard simply shave it right off. 
In order for the beard to grow in, you have to be willing to allow at least four weeks for the hairs to grow. 
During these four weeks, you are going to go through many periods of uncontrollable itching .
If you avoid that temptation to shave it off when the itching becomes unbearable, you will reach a point where the hairs will soften and the itching will subside. Once the hair is soft, the growth will be less irritating. 
If the itching becomes too unbearable you can apply hydrocortisone cream to your face.
•Step No #5:Avoid stress. Beards will grow more quickly when you are relaxed. Stress is a killer when it comes to hair growth, leading to hair loss in many men. Reduce the stress in your life by exercising more and 
getting a full night’s sleep each night.
•Step No #6: Facial massage. Facial massage improves blood circulation to the face, which will stimulate new hair growth. 
Use amla oil while massing. Alma oil is a natural remedy to increase facial hair growth. Massage your skin with amla oil and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your face with cold water and then clean it.
•Step No #7: Take biotin. Take 2 - 2.5 mg of biotin every day. This helps your beard grow faster.

How to grow your hair longer and faster between 30th days

    1. Eat a healthy diet 
Eating a diet rich in protein and vital vitamins and minerals is an essential prerequisite to healthy hair growth. Opt for foods high in vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, and selenium. Vitamin B-complex, in particular, is extremely important for making your hair grow faster.
So, include a variety of foods like milk, cheese, yogurt, chicken, eggs, whole grains, salmon, spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, cabbage, parsley, grapefruit, avocado, brown bread, oats, and alfalfa in your diet to nourish your hair and scalp. Plus, drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices, such as orange, grapefruit, carrot, beet, and lettuce juice.
Fish, flax seeds, walnuts, beans, winter squash, olive oil, and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids are also good for hair growth as about 3% of a hair shaft is made up of omega-3 fatty acids.
Avoid nutritional deficiencies because they tend to affect your hair adversely. For example, vitamin E and zinc deficiencies lead to hair thinning and loss.
    2. Use castor oil 
Being rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, especially omega-9 fatty acids, castor oil promotes hair growth naturally.
• As this oil is quite viscous, mix the castor oil with an equal amount of coconut, olive, or almond oil. Massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Then shampoo your hair. 
• You can also add essential oils, especially rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, or thyme oil, to the castor oil and then put it in your hair.
    3. Massage your scalp 
Massaging promotes blood flow to the scalp, which in turn stimulates the hair follicles. In addition, deep condition your hair once a week with a hot oil treatment or deep conditioning hair mask.
1.Apply the oil (preferably warm) or conditioner to your hair. 
2.Gently rub your fingers on your scalp in a circular motion for three to five minutes. 
3.Rinse the oil or conditioner out of your hair.
    4. Flip your hair upside down 
This is one of the most popular tricks to promote faster hair growth. Just flip your hair upside down by flipping your head over for two to four minutes daily. It is believed to work by improving circulation.
    5. Stay stress-free 
Stress is one of the most important factors that contribute to hair loss. It is believed that stress can disrupt the normal hair cycle and trigger hairs to enter the telogen or fall-out phase. Thus, when striving for faster hair growth, minimize the stress in your life.
To manage stress, you can use meditation, breathing exercises, or other relaxation techniques. Plus, be sure to get your beauty sleep as the growth hormone is released during sleep.
    6. Whip up an egg mask. 
Eggs are highly beneficial for faster hair growth because they are packed with protein and also contain iron, sulfur, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. You can use an egg hair mask at least once a month.
7• Apply a mixture of two egg yolks and two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it out with cold water and then shampoo your hair.
7• Alternatively, whisk an egg and add one cup of milk, two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, and the juice from half a lemon to it. Apply it on your scalp and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it out and shampooing your hair.
• Apply fresh aloe vera gel mixed with a little lemon juice and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Shampoo your hair. Do this once every week or two. 
• You can also combine aloe vera gel with equal amounts of coconut milk and then apply it on your hair. 
• Drink aloe vera juice on a regular basis.
                 Other tips: 
1. Take fish oil. 
2. Drink herbal teas. 
3. Protect you hair from too much sunlight.

Tartar can easily be removed by a couple of really good techniques. The first technique involves brushing with baking soda, while the second technique involves a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Both have been approved by the American Dental Association.
The first technique involves brushing with baking soda. It's really simple, and it's exactly what you think: You just brush with baking soda. The benefits of this technique are amazing - it balances the acidic levels in your mouth, and can prevent gingivitis.
Another benefit if brushing with baking soda that you might not know is that it helps with soothing those painful mouth ulcers. It also speeds up the healing process. So with this in mind, is there any reason NOT to brush with baking soda?
The second technique involves a more complex mixture. Gather baking soda, salt, hydrogen peroxide, water, one cup, one dental pick, one toothpick, and some antiseptic mouth wash. Now mix one teaspoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of salt. Now brush your teeth with that mixture. Now mix a cup of hydrogen peroxide with half a cup of water, and mouth wash with that. This will produce proven results.
                             Tips: 
1. You should use a separate tooth brush from the one you regularly use to brush teeth 
2. Repeatedly doing this process every day may hurt your teeth(it's advisable to do it twice a week till positive result) 
3.When getting hydrogen peroxide make sure it's 3% conc. (That's the safe one for your mouth)

Here are unique natural ways to keep your skin smooth and healthy
1.Reduce sunlight exposure 
You've probably heard it more than a million times to stay out of the ultraviolet ray of sunlight as it may be a good cause of skin diseases like: 
Skin discoloration 
Skin dryness 
Skin cancer 
Wrinkles 
Frackles 
In protecting your self from these you should cover up your self when going out. It’s really about protection, that means wearing hats and protective sun clothings like long sleeves, trousers(pants) or long skirts and umbrella give you more coverage. 
It is always advisable to stay indoors when the sun is at its most intense, usually between 11a.m. and 3p.m.
2.Stay hydrated

Lemon juice can be used to cleanse your skin, lighten spots and scars, as well as soften and smooth the skin.   Lemon fruit contains cleansing enzymes that remove dead skin cells, leaving your skin smoother and fresher. With its excellent astringent properties, lemon is a great natural cleanser for people who have oily skin. 
To lighten dark spots and acne marks, you can use fresh squeezed lemon juice and apply it to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can do this daily or several times a week. 
For soft, smooth skin, mix lemon juice from half a lemon and one egg white. Apply it to your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Repeat once or twice a week.
4.Tomatoes 
Fresh tomato is an excellent natural skin toner. It can also help treat pimples and blemishes. 
To make your skin soft and smooth, puree some fresh tomatoes in a blender or grinder. Apply the tomato paste to your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with water. Doing this daily can help shrink enlarged pores and give you smoother, healthy skin. You can also use tomato paste to heal pimples. Apply it to the affected area and leave it on for an hour, then rinse it off. You should also take a lot of tomatoes as it helps the hydration.
5.Honey 
As we should all have known honey is another natural ingredient that helps treat variety of infections, it can also be used to get smooth and healthy skin. 
Apply raw honey to your face and neck, leave it on for about 10minutes and then rinse it off withcold water. This simple remedy will make your skin soft and smooth. Another option is to mix an egg white with honey and apply it to your face for 20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and a delicate soap to remove the smell from the egg white. You can also make a thick paste with three teaspoons of honey and one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply it to your face and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash it off with lukewarm water.
